Your stay in "El otro Lado"

During your stay, you will be surrounded by the chirping of birds, trickling of water and the flitting of colorful butterflies. The water you drink is pure rainwater. Mornings on the reserve are indescribable: you must experience them to truly understand the magic. Early risers will have the opportunity to meet rare wildlife and enjoy enchanting scenery. The day is peaceful, the rhythm is different..

On the reserve you will find trails that will lead you into the forest or to hidden waterfalls, down to the Pastaza River or up to the primary cloud forest.

The whole area is full of magical trails, rivers, waterfalls and many attractions.

While you are in the reserve you will enjoy complete privacy as no one else is allowed in.

Your stay at El Otro Lado does not include your food.

Rio Verde has some restaurants to offer, the closest is 5 min. walk, just across from the bridge ( also for take-away )

Eating in

Cooking in El Otro Lado is easy and enjoyable. In our large , comfortable kitchen you will find basic products such as:
Sugar and tea, spices, cooking oil and more. outside you will find a small herb garden.
Products can be bought in Banos or Rio Verde (with less variety).
In Rio Verde you can get fresh trout, organic eggs & bananas and local products.
